Here at Michelsen Computers, we understand how frustrating it is to have a slow computer, and how tricky it is to fit in that tune up.
That is why we are offering a full remote tune up - get all the same services that we offer when you drop off your computer, without leaving your house!
The process is easy - fill out the form below, or call us directly, and we'll arrange a time that suits. We will email you a link, which will walk you through joining a one-off remote connection. That's it!
We will take over from there and do all the work. Once the job is complete and your computer is back to its speedy self again, we will disconnect from the session and all trace of the connection will be removed.
We don't install any remote access software, so there is no ongoing access to your computer. We have a safe, secure connection, from right here in Whangarei, New Zealand.
